
The following terms and conditions apply to the Serial Code Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") offered by Banda Namco Entertainment Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") to customers who have fulfilled certain requirements. Please read through and agree to the following terms and conditions before making use of the Service in question.
If you are under legal age, please be sure to review these terms and conditions with your legal guardian, who, acting as your legal representative, must agree to these terms and conditions on your behalf before you may use the Service.
- Using the Service
- In order to use the Service and obtain rewards (in-game items), an account must be registered with the Bandai Namco ID system operated by the Company. Before serial codes can be entered, the game account for which the serial codes will be used must be linked to a Bandai Namco ID. If you do not have an account, or have not linked it in-game, you will be unable to obtain the items.
*The Bandai Namco ID portal page is available here. - After linking an account, the linked account can always be unlinked through the Bandai Namco ID portal.
- If you have linked a Bandai Namco ID but it is not reflected on this page, try logging out of the official DRAGON BALL GEKISHIN SQUADRA website and logging back in.
- In order to use the Service and obtain rewards (in-game items), an account must be registered with the Bandai Namco ID system operated by the Company. Before serial codes can be entered, the game account for which the serial codes will be used must be linked to a Bandai Namco ID. If you do not have an account, or have not linked it in-game, you will be unable to obtain the items.
- Receiving Rewards
- Serial code rewards will be distributed to the game account that has been linked to a Bandai Namco ID through the official DRAGON BALL GEKISHIN SQUADRA website. Before entering a serial code, please confirm that you have logged in with the right account on the official website.
- To check the expiration dates for serial codes, please check the information on the campaign website(s) they were distributed on.
- Serial codes cannot be transferred or sold to a third party.
- Serial codes can only be used once. Please note that a serial code that has already been used cannot be reused.
- The Company will not be held responsible for any of the following. Furthermore, except where required by law, compensation for serial codes, including but not limited to reissue or exchange, will not be provided.
- Serial code was not activated by the expiration date.
- Serial code could not be activated due to unauthorized use by a third party.
- The Company has determined it is not appropriate to reissue, exchange, or provide some other form of compensation for a serial code.
- If an invalid serial code is entered several times, you will become temporarily unable to enter serial codes. If this happens, please wait a moment before attempting to enter a serial code again.
- After a serial code is entered, it may take some time before you receive the reward item(s).
- You must be able to connect to the internet in order to use a serial code. The customer is responsible for the cost of any devices or internet fees to connect to the internet.
- Depending on your connection, you may not be able to enter serial codes or receive items correctly. If such an issue occurs, please try again in a location with a stable connection signal.
- Other
- The contents of the Service, including rewards, may change without prior notice. For the latest information, please check the Service's website.
- Linking a Bandai Namco ID is required to use the Service, and in that process, some personal information will be collected. This personal information is required for the functions of the Service, including the delivery of in-game items, and will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy linked below.Privacy Policy
