• The Company may, at its sole discretion and without any liability or notice to the user, make modifications to, restrict, limit, suspend, cancel or terminate (including resetting user play data) all or part of the demo version (hereinafter referred to as "Service") distributed as part of this test. Modifications may include automatic software updates, upgrades, or removal of content or services; and such modifications may impair data, content, functionality or usability.
• This Service may include defects. The primary purpose of this Service is to gather feedback and identify any issues. The company is under no obligation to provide users with technical support, and does not guarantee that any errors or defects with the Service will be fixed. The user agrees that, to the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any loss of data, content, functions or stability, or damage to your telecommunications devices, data or software. Access to and use of this Service is the sole responsibility of the user.
• Users agree to cooperate with any requests from us regarding access to and use of the Service, including requests to report bugs or other problems discovered while using the Service.
• Users shall not leak or disclose to any third party without our prior written consent, any suggestions, feedback, non-public data or non-public information (including but not limited to images, gameplay or bug information) related to the Service, and shall not post such information to any SNS or websites (including but not limited to X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, etc.) or post said information through any other means of providing such information to the public. However, so long as it complies with the "BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment Game Commentary Policy (https://www.bandainamcoent.co.jp/english/videopolicy/)", posting still images and videos of the Service to various SNS and video sharing services may be allowed without our prior consent.
• The Company reserves the right to reset gameplay data (level, items, etc.) at any time during the test period, at the Company's sole discretion and without any liability or notice to the users.
• We may carry out emergency maintenance without notice, and we may, for the safety and concern of our users, cancel this Test without notice at any time.
• This test does not provide individual support for in-game issues.
• For the PC version of this test, the minimum and recommended specifications are as follows.

  • Depending on your device and network connection, you may not be able to launch the test program.
  • Depending on the results of this test, the official release version may end up not being playable on all devices used to participate in the test.
• Some features may not be available in this Service or may differ from those in the official release version. This Service allows users to experience a part of a portion of the features planned for the official release version as well as a portion of its lineup.
• Please be aware that save data and play data from this Service cannot be transferred to the official release version.
• Play data obtained through this Test will be used to analyze and improve the game.
• The right to participate in this Test and any programs that are part of this Service may not be transferred, sold, or loaned to a third party.
• Purchases using real currency will not be available in this test.
• Please uninstall the Service app after testing is completed. If the official release version is downloaded without first uninstalling, unexpected problems may occur.
• If it is determined that a user has violated any of these terms and conditions, we may immediately revoke participation rights regardless of time remaining in the Test period.
• The user is responsible for any costs associated with connecting to the Internet.

[Governing Laws and Jurisdiction]

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with this test shall be subject in the first instance to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
