Dragon Ball Gekishin Squadra: Half-Year Anniversary Super God Lucky Chance Campaign 

OFFICIAL RULES 

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER TO PARTICIPATE 

1. ELIGIBILITY.  

The Dragon Ball Gekishin Squadra: Half-Year Anniversary Super God Lucky Chance Campaign (“Promotion”) is open to individuals who are at least twenty (20) years of age or the age of majority in their country or state (whichever is older), as of the start date of the Promotion. Employees of Sponsor and its affiliates (companies under common control with Sponsor. The notions of parent company, subsidiary and control shall be understood as per article L233-1 and seq. of the Commercial code.) vendors, and their respective immediate families are not eligible to enter this Promotion. If the participant is found to be ineligible, Sponsor reserves the right to generate and send the prize to another participant and to require the return on any prize already rewarded. THIS PROMOTION IS OPEN TO WORLDWIDE, PROVIDED HOWEVER THIS PROMOTION IS VOID IN QUEBEC, RHODE ISLAND, AND WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.  

2. PROMOTION PERIOD.  

The Promotion begins on March 19, 2026, at 2:00AM (PDT) and ends on March 26, 2026, at 1:59AM (PDT) (the “Promotion Period”). 

3. HOW TO ENTER.  

To enter the Promotion, complete the following steps: 

1) Follow “Dragon Ball Gekishin Squadra” Official English X account (@DB_Squadra), 

2) Repost or reply from your X account to the designated Promotion entry post during the 2. Promotion Period. 

Must complete all steps to be entered. Entries from private accounts will be invalid. 

Limit two (2) entries per person.   

Entries generated by a script, macro, or other automated means will be disqualified. Any attempt to enter multiple times, including but not limited to using multiple accounts, will result in disqualification.  Incomplete, unreadable, or unintelligible entries will be disqualified.  All information provided by entrants becomes the property of Sponsor.  

4. PRIZE.  

For every entry, the participant will receive one of the prizes set forth below: 

Prize 1)   1st prize: 10,000 zeni/zeny; or 

Prize 2)   2nd prize: 318 zeni/zeny; or 

Prize 3)   Secret prize: (rare in-game item). 

Please note that the prizes are subject to change without notice. 

Any participant who made two (2) entries will not receive both Prize1 and Prize 3.  For the avoidance of doubt, if a participant made two (2) entries and received either Prize 1 or Prize 3, the participant will receive Prize 2 for its other entry, but a participant who makes two (2) entries could receive two Prize 2.  

The participant will be responsible for any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes resulting from acceptance of such prize.  Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.  No prize substitution is allowed except Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. All prizes will be receive a prize.  

5. THE PRIZE SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION.  

The serial code for the prize will be randomly generated, and the Sponsor will immediately send details of the prizes (including serial code) through automatic-reply function from “Dragon Ball Gekishin Squadra” Official English X account to the participant. The participants will receive prizes by entering the serial code on the data entry screen (https://dbg-squadra.bn-ent.net/en-us/serialcode) of the “Dragon Ball Gekishin Squadra” official website. Canadian residents will be required to answer a skill-testing question. Failure of any participants to provide required information within the specified time period or of noncompliance with the foregoing requirements or if a participant cannot accept a prize as specified by Sponsor, the prize will be forfeited.  

6. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION.  

The Promotion is subject to these Official Rules. By participating and/or accepting a prize, you agree: (i) to be bound by these Official Rules; (ii) to waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Promotion or these Official Rules; (iii) that Sponsor may prohibit a participant from participating in the Promotion if it, in its sole discretion, determines such participant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion in any way; (iv) the prizes are provided “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied;  (v) to release X, Sponsor, and its parent, subsidiary, and affiliated entities together with their respective directors, employees, officers, licensors, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, liability, loss or damage including but not limited to injury in connection with generating, receipt and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in the Promotion; (vi) that Released Parties are not responsible for any printing, typographical, administrative or technological errors in any materials associated with the Promotion; and (vii) that the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of laws provisions, will govern all disputes and claims arising out of this Promotion, and shall be brought exclusively in the federal courts located therein. 

7. PRIVACY POLICY.  

Any information provided by you will only be used for administration of the Promotion and in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy located at http://legal.bandainamcoent.co.jp/privacy. 

8. NO ENDORSEMENT. 

The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with X.
