The Tournament Support Program
is an initiative from the game
developers to support player-hosted
community tournaments.

To qualify for support through this program, your tournament must adhere to the tournament support terms and conditions.
To apply for support, please read through it before filling out the application form.
We will be offering the following support to the host and manager of tournaments.
1. Inclusion in the Tournament List
We will include your tournament in the list of tournaments on the official website.
2. Tournament Prizes
We will provide special in-game items as rewards for participants and winners based on the number of teams participating in the tournament.

- *A badge awarded to the winners of tournaments held with nine teams or more in Season 2, or four teams or more in Season 3.
- *Wins are only counted for the season they're achieved in.
- *Tournament rewards will be updated periodically.
- *Based on the date and time of the tournament you submitted at the time of application, we will provide you with a serial codes that allows you to receive your reward.
- *The provision of organizer rewards will be determined based on the actual number of teams that participate in the tournament, not the number of entries.
3. Hosting Rewards
Hosts will receive rewards based on the scale of the tournament.

- *A badge awarded to the winners of tournaments held with nine teams or more in Season 2, or four teams or more in Season 3.
- *Number of tournaments held from Season 1 onward count toward the total.
- *Tournament rewards will be updated periodically.
- *The provision of organizer rewards will be determined based on the actual number of teams that participate in the tournament, not the number of entries.
4. Provision of Asset Packs
Asset Packs for use by tournament organizers will be provided.
- *Please review the terms of use for points of consideration before using.
Application
The host must fill out the required information in the designated application form and submit it to us. Additionally, they should prepare an external tournament-organizing tool (such as start.gg) in advance and include its URL in the form. The external tournament-organizing tool must also contain the required information.
*Please submit your application 20 days (480 hours) prior to the start of the tournament.For the application, please indicate the following information in the external tournament tool.

- - Tournament format (e.g., single elimination, BO3 (best of three), etc.)
- - In-game ruleset (e.g., "GEKISHIN Rules", "Sub-Rules", handling of "Divine Draw", etc.)
- ■Event Day Operations
- - Check-in procedure and time
- - Communication method during the tournament
- - Rules for troubleshooting (e.g., Handling of late arrivals, disconnections, and other issues)
Review/Results Notification
We shall notify the host after determining whether or not the application details meet the tournament support terms and conditions.
Announcements
Based on the information submitted, we will announce and post the tournament's information on the game's official website and other channels.
Tournament Hosting
Participants will use the tournament tools to register. The host will use the tournament page they created to hold the tournament.
Announcement of Results
Following the tournament's conclusion, the host will report results to us with the following:
-A tournament page confirming the results of the tournament.
-The winner's User ID.
We shall examine the tournament page and confirm the tournament's operation legitimacy and results.
Distribution of Prizes/Rewards
We shall distribute tournament prizes and host rewards via serial codes to the host. The host will distribute the serial codes they received to the participants of the tournament.
Acquisition of Prizes/Rewards
Both the host and participants can redeem their prizes/rewards by entering the serial code(s) in-game.
