community tournaments.

To qualify for support through this program, your tournament must adhere to the tournament support terms and conditions.
To apply for support, please read through it before filling out the application form.
We will be offering the following support to the host and manager of tournaments.
1. Inclusion in the Tournament List
We will include your tournament in the list of tournaments on the official website.
2. Tournament Prizes
We will provide special in-game items as rewards for participants and winners based on the number of teams participating in the tournament.

- *Badges can be obtained by winning in tournaments with four or more teams.
- *Wins are only counted for the season they're achieved in.
- *Tournament rewards will be updated periodically.
- *Based on the date and time of the tournament you submitted at the time of application, we will provide you with a serial codes that allows you to receive your reward.
- *The provision of organizer rewards will be determined based on the actual number of teams that participate in the tournament, not the number of entries.
3. Hosting Rewards
Hosts will receive rewards based on the scale of the tournament.

4. Provision of Asset Packs
Asset Packs for use by tournament organizers will be provided.
- *Please review the terms of use for points of consideration before using.
If a tournament is held on or after 4/11 5:00 am (PDT), the Official Tournament Support feature will be available for use.
Please note that whether this feature is used during the S4 period is left to the discretion of each organizer.
Application
The host must fill out the required information in the designated application form and submit it to us. Additionally, they should prepare an external tournament-organizing tool (such as start.gg) in advance and include its URL in the form. The external tournament-organizing tool must also contain the required information.
*Please submit your application 20 days (480 hours) prior to the start of the tournament.For the application, please indicate the following information in the external tournament tool.

- - Tournament format (e.g., single elimination, BO3 (best of three), etc.)
- - In-game ruleset (e.g., "GEKISHIN Rules", "Sub-Rules", handling of "Divine Draw", etc.)
- ■Event Day Operations
- - Check-in procedure and time
- - Communication method during the tournament
- - Rules for troubleshooting (e.g., Handling of late arrivals, disconnections, and other issues)
Review/Results Notification
We shall notify the host after determining whether or not the application details meet the tournament support terms and conditions.
Announcements and Distribution of official tournament support features
Based on the information submitted, we will announce and post the tournament's information on the game's official website.
Also, support tools for tournament operations will be distributed by us.
Please note: During Season 4, use of the Official Tournament Support Feature will be optional. It is planned that the use of this feature will become mandatory in the future.
Tournament Hosting
Participants will register for the tournament through the tournament tools.
Organizers will conduct the tournament using the tournament tool they have created.
In addition, when using the Official Tournament Support Features, the organizer will create custom matches and manage the tournament accordingly.
Please confirm how to use your support tools on the designated Tournament Support Program Discord server.
Announcement of Results
After the tournament concludes, the organizer will report the following to our us. We will review the submitted information to confirm that the tournament was conducted and to verify the results.- [When the Official Tournament Support feature is used]

Distribution of Prizes/Rewards
After we have verified the tournament results, rewards may be distributed.- [When the Official Tournament Support Feature is used]

- We will provide the organizer with serial codes that allow recipients to claim their rewards. Please distribute the serial codes to the prize winners.
Acquisition of Prizes/Rewards
The organizer and the winners will receive the prizes and rewards after the organizer has completed the procedures in STEP 6.What is the Official Tournament Support Feature?
It provides the following three functions, enabling tournaments to be operated more smoothly and with greater transparency:
-Create up to 16 custom match rooms
-View match results from the created rooms
