FINALS Commemorative Merchandise
To participate in the Tournament, all of the following requirements must be met. (Hereinafter, participating players are referred to as "Participants".)
- 1) You must understand and comply to these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Tournament Rulebook.
- 2) You must register an account for "Bandai Namco ID" service provided and operated by the Organizer and link the Bandai Namco ID with your DRAGON BALL GEKISHIN SQUADRA game account.
- 3) For the 3rd STAGE and FINALS outlined in the Rulebook, you have qualified to participate in accordance with the entry procedures as specified by the Tournament Administration.
- 4) You have not entered the preliminaries for more than one region.
- 5) At the time of entry, you must be at least 18 or older, or have reached the age of majority under the laws of your country, state/province, or region of residence, whichever is older.
- 6) You intend to participate on the day of the tournament for each preliminary round you have entered.
- 7) You intend to remain in Japan for the full duration of the Tournament FINALS schedule (currently planned to be held on 8/20/2026 – 8/23/2026 (JST), but further details will be provided by the Tournament Administration.) and for any rehearsals or other scheduling as deemed necessary for the operation of the event.
- 8) You intend to attend the FINALS as well as other related events held at the FINALS venue. (The venue will be located in Tokyo and all eligible teams will be contacted directly. Participants residing outside of Japan who are eligible to participate in the FINALS must hold a passport, and if necessary, visa, that will permit entry to Japan following the conclusion of the 3rd STAGE and entry to the FINALS.)
- 9) You intend to use the transportation methods (public transportation such as airplanes, bullet trains, and trains) specified by the Tournament Administration.
- 10) You intend to stay in the accommodations (hotel) specified by the Tournament Administration.
- 11) You must be able to communicate smoothly in either Japanese or English with the Tournament Administration staff and other Participants.
- 12) You must be able to receive communications sent by the Tournament Administration and respond in accordance with the event schedule.
- 13) You agree to assume full responsibility for the management of your personal property for the entire duration of the Tournament. The Tournament Administration will not be responsible for any damages or losses to your personal property.
- 14) You agree to provide the Tournament Administration with your full name, age, address, and other personal information at the time of registration. Your player and team name must not reference any character names or works from the "Dragon Ball" franchise or violate any other third parties intellectual property rights or contain any expressions deemed inappropriate or offensive to public order and morals.
- 15) Upon arriving at the hotel and the tournament venue on the day of the FINALS, you must present your valid passport.
- 16) You must acknowledge that if, during the Tournament, the Tournament Administration determines that you are unable to continue due to health issues or other circumstances, you must withdraw.
- 17) Participants, as well as their relatives, must not be a member of or affiliated with criminal groups or anti-social forces (gangs or criminal syndicates, including their associate members and related corporations, corporate blackmail rings, racketeer groups acting under the guise of social or political movements, other specialized organized crime groups, or any group equivalent to these groups).
- 18) You must not be involved in any behavior prohibited by the Organizer, have violated the in-game Terms of Service, or have had your account suspended in the period between the game's release and the day of the Tournament. (In the event that the Tournament Administration determines a violation to have occurred, or the Tournament Administration deems you ineligible to participate, you will be immediately disqualified, regardless of current tournament standings.)
Regarding Tournament Entry
- You cannot participate on multiple servers. Please select one server in-game to enter.
- Only applicants who have reached the age of majority under the laws of their country or region of residence are eligible to participate.
Minors are ineligible to participate.
Regarding Tournament Matches
- Both recording and livestreaming are permitted, but please set a delay of at least three minutes when livestreaming. We also ask that any such content conforms to the Bandai Namco Entertainment Video Policy.
Regarding the FINALS
- Online participation is not permitted for the FINALS.
- Any necessary travel expenses (flights from the participant's nearest airport to the venue or designated hotel, or, for participants who are traveling from within Japan but not via flight, a round trip for an economy-class seat from the participant's nearest train station) as well as accommodation fees (for a hotel designated by the Tournament Administration) during the FINALS will be covered by the Organizer. However, expenses for additional days outside of what the Tournament Administration deems necessary for participation in the FINALS, as well as travel expenses for transportation other than those specified by the Tournament Administration, will need to be paid for by the participant themselves. Any other expenses which do not clearly fall under the above categories will also need to be paid for by the participant.
- There is no official dress code, but on the day of the FINALS, participants will be required to wear a uniform (jacket and T-shirt) provided by the Tournament Administration.
- The semifinals and finals of the 3rd STAGE on each server as well as all FINALS matches will be livestreamed on the Bandai Namco Entertainment Official YouTube Channel.
