The number of times it can be reused depends on the level of the Skill.

Unleash a powerful punch that creates a shockwave and explosion on hit.
This attack deals additional DMG to enemies with an Assault Target.
Applies Stagger to enemy heroes hit.
Defeating enemy heroes or assisting ally heroes reduces the cooldown.
